1. Construction preparation

(4) The location of the holes reserved for civil construction, the size should be in line with the design and construction specifications.

2. Material preparation

(1) Ventilated cable tray and their accessories: Hot-dip galvanized fire-retardant, fire-resistant and ordinary stereotyped products should be used. Its type and specification should meet the design requirements. Cable trough inside and outside should be smooth and flat, no prick, there should be no distortion, warping and other deformation phenomenon.

(2) Metal expansion bolts: should be selected according to the allowable tensile force and shear force.

(3) Galvanized materials: When using steel plates, round bars, flat bars, angles, unistrut, strut channel,bolts, nuts, screws, washers, spring pads and other metal materials for electrical workpieces, they should be galvanized.

(4) auxiliary materials: drill bits, welding rods, oxygen, acetylene gas, blending paint, solder, flux, rubber insulation tape, plastic insulation tape, black tape, etc.
