Precautions when laying cable tray in parallel with various pipelines

Cable tray for weak power systems, usually have multiple information monitoring and communication facilities such as BA, OA, CA and other corresponding systems, cable trays are divided into perforated cable tray or ventilated cable tray, trough cable tray and ladder type cable tray frame structures, consisting of brackets,strut channel, unistrut, channel steel, suspension bracket, ceiling bracket, hanger, bracket arms and installation cable tray accessories. When cable trough are installed in parallel with different pipes, the net distance should meet different requirements according to the actual situation:

1. The cable duct is not less than 400mm when it is erected in parallel with the general process pipeline.

2. Cable channel and corrosive liquid pipeline parallel erection of not less than 500mm.

3. Cable bridges should not be installed in parallel underneath or above corrosive gas pipelines carrying corrosive liquids. When it cannot be avoided, it should be not less than 500mm, and it should be separated by anti-corrosion partitions.

4. Cable containment and thermal pipes are installed in parallel, not less than 500mm when the thermal pipe has insulation, not less than 1000mm when there is no insulation layer.

5. Cable trays should not be installed in parallel above the thermal pipeline, when it is unavoidable to install in parallel above the thermal pipeline, it should be not less than 1000mm, and effective insulation measures should be taken in between.
