The standard thickness of Steel flat type cable tray:

the width of cable tray B < 300 mm, the thickness of the cable tray body needs to reach 1.2 mm, the thickness of cable tray cover needs to reach 1.0 mm;

300 mm ≤ the width of cable tray B < 500 mm, the thickness of the cable tray body needs to reach 2.0 mm, the thickness of the cable tray cover needs to reach 1.2 mm;

500 mm ≤ teh width of cable tray B < 800 mm, the thickness of the cable tray body needs to reach 3.0 mm, the thickness of the cable tray cover needs to reach 1.5 mm;

800 mm, 1000 mm < the width of cable tray B, the thickness of cable tray needs to reach 3.0 mm or more, the thickness of the cable tray cover needs to reach 1.5 mm or more;

Note: Except of aluminum alloy cable tray, FRP cable tray or GRP cable tray, polymer cable tray, wire mesh cable tray or basket cable tray;

150mm＜width B≤300mm, the thickness of ladder type cable tray should reach 1.2mm, the thickness of cross arms should reach 1.2mm, the thickness of cable ladder cover should reach 1.0mm;

300mm＜width B≤500mm, the thickness of cable ladder should reach 1.5mm, the thickness of cross arms should reach 1.5mm, the thickness of cable ladder cover should reach 1.2mm;

500mm＜width B≤800mm, the thickness of cable ladder tray should reach 2.0mm, the thickness of cross-arms should reach 2.0mm, the thickness of cable ladder cover should reach 1.5mm;

1000, the thickness fo the side plate for cable ladder should reach 2.5mm, cross arms thickness should reach 2.5mm,  the thickness of the cable tray cover should reach 2.0mm;

Molded reinforced cable tray (molded reinforced bottom):

Cable tray width B < 300 mm, the body thickness of cable tray needs to reach 0.8 mm, the thickness of the cable tray cover needs to reach 0.6 mm;

300 mm ≤ cable tray width B < 500 mm, the thickness of the cable tray body needs to reach 1.0 mm, the thickness of cable tray cover needs to reach 0.6 mm;

500 mm ≤ cable tray width B < 800 mm, the thickness of the cable tray body needs to reach 1.2 mm, the thickness of the cable tray cover needs to reach 0.6 mm;

Corrugated cable tray width B<300mm, side plate thickness should reach 1.2mm or more than 1.2mm, bottom plate thickness should reach 0.7mm or more than 0.7mm, cover plate thickness should reach 0.5mm or more than 0.5mm;

Width of corrugated cable tray B≥300mm~<600mm, thickness of side plate should reach 1.2mm or more than 1.2mm, thickness of bottom plate should reach 0.8mm or more than 0.8mm, the thickness of cover plate should reach 0.5mm or more than 0.5mm;

Corrugated cable tray width B ≥ 600mm, side plate thickness should reach 1.5mm or greater than 1.5mm, bottom plate thickness should reach 0.8mm or greater than 0.8mm, the thicknss of the cover should reach 0.5mm or greater than 0.5mm;

(The thickness of the ladder rack transversal or cross arms should be selected according to the requirements of the side plate.);
