★Whisker calcium carbonate is a micro/nano short fiber grown from a single crystal of high purity. Its mechanical strength is equal to the strength generated by the adjacent interatomic force. The highly oriented structure of whisker not only makes it high strength, high modulus and high elongation, but also have properties of electricity, light, magnetic, dielectric, conductive and super-electric . The strength of whiskers is much higher than that of other staple fibers. The growth whisker mainly used for composite materials can be divided into organic whisker and inorganic whisker. Inorganic whisker includes calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate, which are applied in the field of polymer composite materials.

PHQ high-strength whisker modified plastic cable tray is mainly made in PVC resin, ABS, whisker material of uv resistance and other many kinds of engineering plastic modifier by the processing technology of hot mixing and pressing .its structure which is of the double wall hollowed out and of reinforced bars along, is composed by left and right side of the board, longitudinal plate and cover plate . The convex and concave grooves on the side and bottom panel inserted together is strength and beautiful, The connection between the cable trays is easy to install by the structure of convex and concave grooves on the side and bottom panel inserted together with the connection straps
