A wireway is designed to protect electrical wiring from dust, dirt, oil, and water. Wireways can be used for a variety of applications and can be installed faster and at less expense than conduit. It is also designed to carry electrical feeders, branch circuits, and other groups of conductors. Most sections and fittings are completely open on one side so wires and cables can be laid in along an entire wireway run. No pulling through of wires or cables is required with most designs.
Hesheng wire way is ideal solution for instrumentation cable and electrical cable runs in industrial or commercial cable management applications.The open design on one side allows for cables to be laid in safely along the entire run without pulling. A variety of lengths and fittings are available to accommodate many design requirements.
All directional fittings are completed with factory built modules that maintain a wide curved radius sweep minimizing any non-compliant bend radius for all types of cables.
The continuous allows Hesheng wire way provides constant cable support. Our products consist of Wire Mesh Cable Tray, Cable Tray with holes , solid pan bottom cable tray, Cable Trunking, Cable Ladder, Wireway, Strut Channel and accessories, which can be widely used in construction, energy, electricity and plant. We passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification, UL Certificate (U.S.A.), and CE Certificate (E.U.)
Every straight piece of our perforated cable tray has an average length of 3000 mm, other length available against the requirements of the customers.
Construction of H.S.Wireway:
·Wireway body and cover are fabricated from code gauge steel
·Wireway body has mounting holes on the back
·Wireway is available with or without knockouts on the top and bottom sides
·Wireway fittings have no knockouts, ends are available with or without knockouts
·Wireway has cover which are attached with formed hinges on one side
