H.S.Wire Mesh Cable supporting systems HM2are produced from ASTM A510 high strength steel wires. A fully automated welding process produces continuous wire mesh, which is formed into our Wire Mesh Cable Tray system. The standard 2″x4″(50×100 mm) wire mesh pattern is designed for maximum flexibility and different appearance of straight edge from HM1 of waving edge ,allowing for easy field cutting, bending, assembly and convenient cable drop outs.

H.S.Wire Mesh Cable Tray provides premium performance in commercial and light industrial applications. Hesheng Wire Mesh Cable Tray is completed with all the accessories you need. Straight and waved edge can be chosen by customer.

H.S.Wire Mesh Cable supporting systems HM2 is an economical wire management system designed to support and protect electrical wires and cables.Hesheng basket cable tray system is made up of durable components of steel of highest quality, resistive to corrosion and with excellent chemical resistance.

Basket cable trays are delivered in lengths of 118 inc. / 3000 mm. width varies from 1 inc. to 24 inc. / 25 mm to 600 mm, and height from 1 inc. to 8 inc. / 25 mm to 200 mm.
All mesh cable trays are made of round stainless steel material which is gentle on cables, tubing, installers and maintenance personnel.

Wire mesh basket cable tray system solves issues with the transport of energy in cables – simple, effective and environmentally correct.

Heavy-duty mesh cable trays are made with zigzagging, longitudinal wires and double side and bottom wires, a combination that ensures a heavy load-bearing capacity.
With a console spacing of 3000 mm, the tray can handle a point load of 200 kg without sustaining damage. For safety reasons, walking on the cable tray is not allowed.
The tray is three times stronger than a traditional wire tray, i.e. it possesses the strength similar to that of a cable ladder. Tee tray, Cross tray,bends and angles can be made in the same easy and fast way as with traditional cable trays. All fittings for assembly and installation are the same as used for the traditional wire tray.
Heavy-duty basket cable trays are produced in widths from 100 to 600 mm in hot-dip galvanized, as well as stainless, acid-resistant steel.

Standard finish of H.S. Perforated Cable Tray as below,customize available and in varying width and load depth for many applications including primary service entrance, main power feeders, branch wiring, instrument and communications cable..,
