Material characteristics of polymer alloy plastic cable tray:
1.high corrosion resistance and long service life;
Alloy plastic cable trough is not rusty and resistant to strong acid and weak alkali.In high corrosion environment(such as chemical industry,coal,metallurgy,wharf,etc.),it does not participate in chemical reaction.The basic materials used are similar to the chemical base of plastic outside cable.Therefore,it is suitable for cable laying site and has a service life much longer than other metal cable bridges of the same structure.
2.flame retardant
The oxygen index of alloy plastics is as high as 44,which belongs to the first class flame retardant(the material will extinguish automatically for 1 second after the finished product is off the fire).When the circuit failure such as short circuit causes open fire,it can effectively prevent the flame from spreading out and further deteriorate.
3.insulation and anti-interference
The alloy plastic bridge adopts insulation material,which protects the cable from further reaction(including corrosion,leakage,etc.)when the outer layer is damaged.The materials of this kind also have good shielding performance(such as anti radiation and other electromagnetic interference).
4.light material,easy to install
Compared with the iron bridge with higher quality,the weight of alloy plastic bridge is small,which can reduce the input of personnel and machinery equipment,accelerate the installation speed,and reduce the transportation and installation cost.In the process of connection and laying,no connection parts such as bolts are needed,and the accessories can be measured on site,which reduces the installation error and simplifies the installation and construction process.
